Die Sonne hat den Aussenwände des Hauses aus natürlichem Lerchenholz bereits den warmen rötlich-grauen Ton gegeben. Alle Zimmer und Bäder gehen zum Süden und haben direkten Zugang zum Balkon oder Garten.

Die 250m² Wohnfläche sind über drei Etagen verteilt. Die obere Etage mit dem Hauseingang und Gäste-WC führt in einen grosszügigen Loft-Wohnraum mit offener Küche, dessen Fensterfront einen einmaligen Blick über die Walliser Alpen bietet. Von einem Balkon und einer 40m²-grossen Terrassekann man dieses fantastische Panorama ebenfalls geniessen.

Die 6 Zimmer und 3 Badezimmer sind auf den zwei unteren Etagen verteilt. Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Dressing und privatem Bad sowie zwei weitere Zimmer, die sich ein Bad teilen. The outside of the house in precious wood has already taken the typical reddish golden colour by the sun. All rooms, including bathrooms, are facing the south and have access to the balcony or to the garden.

The 250m2 of living space are sharing 3 levels. The upper level (second floor), the main living area of the house, contains the entry, with a guest wc, which leads into a fantastic open plan living space including a living room with a fireplace, a dining space and a large kitchen. The large glass wall opens to a balcony and a 40m2 terrace with a breathtaking view over the Alpines Peaks.

A floating staircase leads to the two lower floors where are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor is a big sleeping room with dressing room and private bathroom as well as 2 other sleeping-rooms, which share 1 bathroom. On the ground floor are another 3 rooms and a bathroom. This part could be split of in a separate apartment with another entrance from the garden and one of the rooms could be transformed into a kitchen.

On this floor is also the technical and washing room.

Several storage spaces are accessible from the outside of the house.
